DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLLLLLL. My two accounts were in a claim with the fraud department so I opened a third account and switched everything to the new account. They ended up freezing all three accounts and I had no access to my money for almost two months. No updates. I called the 800 number for answers, I was told to go into the branch for an update. I called the bank at 9:05 am on a Saturday they don't answer the phone. I call 20 mins after again no answer. I wanted to avoid having to drive out there to be told I cant have my money. I end up going and there was only 1 customer in the bank, so why couldn't they answer the phone? The bank teller with the red hair was rude and must've have woken up on the wrong side of her pillow. I tell her what was told to me by the customer service rep and without even checking she can't help. I walk out. I called everyday to ask why the new account was locked and no straight answer. The Analyst was too busy to call and explain anything, everyone else was unable to tell me anything. I was told to wait 7 business days before an update. 7 days came no update. Was told to all June 5th, I call no straight answer or update. Then told to call in another 7 business days. Again waited and nothing. They closed the accounts without letting us know anything. Had to call to find out that accounts were closed and money was being sent via check. Mind you why not inform us that we could come into the bank to withdraw everything? Now the client advocate wants to talk to me. Too late! Will never bank here again.

Unorganized staff. No signs tell people what lines are fast pass of for big bags. Parking lots are a total mess. Pricing is outrageous. The venue itself is great to view a concert.
