Lending department is a joke They'll promise you anything to get you to sign papers and then at the last minute tell you something else. And they're constantly upselling third party products. Was bombarded with spam calls from shady Lending companies for about 6 months nonstop after applying for a loan at ENB. Stay away this is not the local bank they so desperately try to be

They wanted to charge us $100.00 per year to renew a line of credit. I have personal line of credits with other banks and have never been charged with renewal fees.
