A big shoutout to Brittany. I’m not a current customer but she was so understanding and helpful. Other banks were either rude or indifferent. I’m considering opening an account with Truist because of this positive experience.

The service at the location wasn't bad and I'm not a person who really likes to complain. Worse bank to do business!!! I paid my car off and has been already a month and still waiting for my tittle. If you are a day late they will call you a million times for reminders but when comes to do their job and send a tittle on time they won't do it.

We are currently sitting in our car without a line - just to deposit a check. It has taken the teller 15 minutes to acknowledge us at the drive thru. THAT is why you receive 1 star. This happens at least every other time we must stop there. And the service isn't the friendliest either. It's a sad place to do business.

Web site states drive thru is open at 830. Pulled in at 840 and the lady at the drive thru said we aren’t open until 9. They made me sit at the drive thru till 9 to cash a check. Nice customer service. Fix your website!! The branch on south Atherton is so slow. Plan on being there till Christmas. Changing banks ASAP!!!

Routinely understaffed. Wait times very long at this branch, inside and at drive up.
