At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I visited this branch for in-person assistance 8/13/24. A piece of paper taped to the door said the lobby was closed temporarily. On a phone call to Truist I was told the lobby would be closed for “a month or so” while they train new people. However, their Google Maps page claims they are open and this branch’s webpage has no warning about their lobby being closed. Hopefully this review saves you frustration and time attempting to visit this branch.
