They blatantly said that they wouldn’t do a wire transfer because it was a “risky investment” but as bank there job is not to advise . I saw this as a major over step and frankly felt disrespected. And of course was very frustrated they wouldn’t let me have access to wire my own money. What’s the point of a bank if they can’t do what you need. I WOULD PUT 0 stars if it was an option.

- DLDon LeeJan 30, 20201.0Completely behind the times! This bank does not allow wire transfers unless you personally go into a branch. They do not use Docu-sign or any other electronic system for signatures. Since they are a regional bank, branches are limited to Ohio and Pennsylvania. I do NOT recommend this bank if you plan to travel or live outside the small area where they have branches.
- SDStephen DumbeckMay 29, 20194.0If I am depositing a check, they are awesome. I never ever get "hidden fees" charged to my bank account. They are pretty straight forward to work with. Also, their customer service phone number is legitimately helpful. Overall, an above average experience, but not perfect. My biggest complaint is getting a foreign currency, they make it super complicated and unnecessarily time consuming. I always end up having to make multiple phone calls and multiple in-person trips if I want to get some of my own money converted into Euro's before I visit Europe.
