Surprised to find out that the night drop would not allow me to put an envelope in it

My dad has been going to this bank for a long time now, and now that he's aging he's had a bit of difficulty with memory and a few other things. These folks have been super kind, patient, and helpful while we're adjusting! Victoria especially has been wonderful in helping him and me settle his finances. I'd recommend them for sure.

This bank is an old school throwback where people actually answer the phone, that’s right humans answer your phone calls it is so refreshing and they were amazing.
Victoria, Melanie, and Susan provide spectacular customer service. True professionals from start to finish it was so easy to get international money for my daughter who’s heading to Europe thanks to them. This team helped ease the stress of a task I usually don’t perform. They are awesome with a capital A!!!!

She was top-notch, knew what she was doing, was able to navigate the system very well, courteous and professional. Deeply appreciated . Thank you!

Been locked out of my accounts since Suntrust merged into Truist. When I try to click links to change my password or anything to resolve the issue it sends me to a broken disclosure link with no way to proceed. Try to call and the wait is over an hour long. I was a Suntrust customer for 8 years... Now I have to take off work to go close my accounts. Not happy. Zero stars.
