I usually use the key bank in Quakertown, if you have 25,000$ you can get a really nice yield on the savings account. They are also really nice!

I see why this bank has horrible reviews. Tried to cash a $25 Christmas check. I have an online account with different bank but never had a problem cashing a check at a bank it was written from with proper ID. Teller was nice and said they have $7 fee to cash check but she can check with manager to waive it. I guess Brenda Roseman thinks she’s a manager even though her business card states teller, because she chimed in a very condescending manner that they cannot waive the fee and to take it to my own bank. When I explained I was trying to go Christmas shopping and my bank was online she didn’t care. On top of it, she was being rude to the people she was helping and trying to blame
her incompetence on the “computers” however, nobody else was having a problem doing their transactions. Even the teller next to her looked at her with a “you okay sis?” look. I feel bad for her. I hope Brenda gets some holiday spirit before it’s too late. No reason to be this miserable around the holidays. Hopefully there is a special place in the afterlife for people like Brenda. When did banks become so greedy and nasty? Can’t wait for the new movement that is set to bring these unethical banks to their knees.

We scheduled an appointment with this branch. When we arrived, we were told that the person on the confirmed email was not working, and they did not have anybody else readily available to help us. Not sure what went wrong in the system. But based on the experience we decided to look for other banks.

The teller Divya was so rude to me and my wife that we dreaded going to the bank every week. She would pretend to be nice when the manager was there but if she was not there or out of earshot she was very rude and and just had a nasty attitude. The last time I went there the same teller shorted my check ten dollars and then when I said something to her about it she denied it and told me to look around in the parking lot for it. I'm aware that its only ten dollars but I want the money I worked for and I was treated like I was trying to scam them or something. I've been using this bank for over 2 years and now I will never use this bank again and if anyone asked me I would tell them to go somewhere else anywhere else, which is a shame because the manager is a nice woman.
