She's always been responsive and extremely helpful, and as an example just this week we were selling a home and needed a document or the Title Company would not let us close. She took it upon herself and discussed everything with our attorney and saved us, with just a few days to spare! That type of customer service is so rare nowadays. We are so grateful for Priscilla, the other individual Josh that works there, and KeyBank in general. Thank you!

Unfortunately, for the past 2 years i have been lied to consistently by the previous branch manager and now the new branch manager/vp area retail leader. They have every excuse in the world when it come to cashing checks and placing holds and they always blame someone else. If you have to deal with Lesley Junk, Priscilla Carlos or Bobby Lombardo watch out. They will lie to your face!
