I resided in Georgia and wasn't happy with the service today. The hesitation and extra steps to verify my account was unnecessary. Addition to the comment the Teller stated that," I look funny" which in others words I look suspicious because I was African American. I've been with Truist (Suntrust) for over 20 yrs and I'm considering closing my account .

This web site says it all. No business.hours. invalid telephone number.... on site, the tellers are friendly and more efficient than they were two years ago. Why cannot this office get its act together?
