I resided in Georgia and wasn't happy with the service today. The hesitation and extra steps to verify my account was unnecessary. Addition to the comment the Teller stated that," I look funny" which in others words I look suspicious because I was African American. I've been with Truist (Suntrust) for over 20 yrs and I'm considering closing my account .
