Each person in the branch is personable and accomplished in their responsibilities. To Hannah's complete credit, they truly are a team. They really care and do the best possible job within the limits that come with being part of a bank. I've been in the industry for 40+ years and I don't think I've witnessed any better.

This is a review for Truist in general. I have never had so many problems with a bank as with Truist. I opened an estate account with them because they're proximate, but the whole online experience is a disaster. I have spent more time on the phone with Truist customer servixe in the last two months than all my other banks in probably the last 20 years. The have to do better.

Wonderfull Staff ! About 3-4 yrs. ago I had to put my sister into a nursing home in which case I needed a years worth of bank statements. So I had to go through the ordeal of getting a notary republic that would go to the nursing home- it was not possible to move my sister by car, as well as get two witness' that were not family to meet us at the same time. All done to establish a power of attorney. After I had the POA I took it to my sisters’ bank BB&T @3000 Shillington Rd, Sinking Spring, PA 19608) which was recently taken over by BB&T. When I told the bank manager what I needed I also showed her my POA which she looked at and said she did not like the wording of the POA and would not help me and said I needed to redo the POA with the proper wording. So, I went through the process all over again instructing the notary about the wording. So, after I had the second POA I went back to BB&T and tried again to get the bank statements. Again, the bank manager did not like the wording and would NOT help me. Because of the impasse the accounting person at the nursing home drafted a letter and had my sister sign it and she faxed it to the bank (the main office) and that was how we finally got the statements. Well fast forward 4 yrs. And because of new personnel at the nursing home I was asked to do this again to get the bank statements. So, I picked out a different branch BB&T further away (this branch in Kenhurst). So, I explained all this story to the person at this branch and she was like an angel! She was so helpful. She looked up my sisters account and saw a number for the nursing home and so she asked if my sister could talk and understand what was needed which she could and so she called her, asked her for permission to print the documents which she gave her permission to do so and in less than 5 minutes I had what I needed and was leaving. Now I know having the nursing home phone number on my sisters account did help but my point here is the branch at Address: 3000 Shillington Rd, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, Departments: BB&T, BB&T Insurance Services, BB&T Mortgage, DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP EVEN AFTER MY HAVING GONE THROUGH THE EFFORT OF GETTING A SECOND POA!
