They do check reordering and had the audacity to accuse me of bad record keeping when I had a written ledger, copies or checks, paper statements and online banking. Choose a different bank if you have the opportunity. A friend of mine just had her mortgage double dipped and then verbally lied to about how the dollar amount would be posted. Her online banking showed she will still be on the hook to pay in full the next billing cycle. They are awful. Choose ANOTHER BANK!!!
