- MMMr.RemarkableOct 7, 20231.0Great bank,but customer service was terrible. I arrived for my 9am appointment 12 minutes late so, Nicole kapp skipped me. I completely understand,so I waited. When she was done she went to help another customer .I gave her 3 minutes to help that person.Then reminded her I was her 9am appointment. She responds to me with such hostility in her voice you have to wait. She said she was going to help the person who came after me quickly. Btw theres was 4 ppl behind the counter who could have helped him. She finally called on me. I was there so my daughter can open a account,she had 2 pieces of ID. But for what ever reason the lady ask me for ID. I gave it to her.she now says she needs 2 pieces from me. I tell her I don't have 2. I tell her I have 5 open accounts in her system can she look me up. With a angry attitude she responds I only have 40 minutes to deal with you. I say ok so can you look me up .she says it will take 20 minutes. I respond I'm in no rush. She says I aint doing it. So I yell why won't you do your job, and leave. When I come back in she's helping the same customer she made me wait for the second time. I went to people security bank with the same ID and my child's ID and opened account in 18 minutes.
