  I came in with a check to be cashed , the customer I am working for always misspells my name so I usually write it so they wouldn’t cash it . I completely understand that it’s for safety reasons. However the looks I was getting by not only the teller I was working with but almost every teller and the bank manager was one that I am all to familiar with (thinking I’m up to no good) I come back with another check this time the customer wrote my name I was working with a new teller same situation she called her coworker over and started whispering right infront of me and I could tell she was going through the account looking for any suspicious activity and this would be okay if this was the protocol for everyone but 3-4 people where in and out while I waited while they thoroughly investigated the account and made sure I wasn’t a scam artist. I know what the response is going to be either “that wasn’t the case at all , or we have to protect our customers that’s what we do for everyone” but anyone who knows , knows. I’m a young Hispanic man who doesn’t fit your average entrepreneur look and fit the stigma. Sad thing is I work 7 days a week I’d say about 355 days out the year and truth be told they made my experience extremely uncomfortable. I’ve been to two other Wells Fargo branches for this same customer and they were amazing . This one however made me feel belittled and disgusted.

  This branch has great customer service. One of the bankers in particular, Zakare helped me resolve a situation that was incredibly stressfully. Best customer service!

  Although Google says they are open, it is actually only their drive through and you cannot go inside or talk to a banker. I tried calling 3 times before I drove over, and no one answers the phone. I wish either their phone or website stated that they are drive through service only. They lost a customer today. Why would I bank where I'm not even allowed inside, when I can easily go across the street to BB&T.
