- MMMelissa McAnallenApr 28, 20231.0This bank is a joke. I have never seen such terrible customer service. Their atm ate my card so I waited until opening to call about it. The card is in my husband's name so I asked if I needed to bring my husband in to claim it. Because of the fact that the card is not a North West card she refused to give it back basically saying that even though they could access it they wouldn't return it and would cut it up instead. I have been thinking about switching banks and I will definetly not be taking my business there and will be making sure that my employees and anyone I know stays away as well. I have had other atm from other banks keep our cards but they were friendly enough to return it
