Late Friday afternoon at drive through... had to wait quite a bit at windows. Could see lines inside. Maybe they are short staffed. Employees were pleasant and polite when we did finally receive service.

This branch has really gone down hill. EVERYTIME I take my 86 year old Mom there, they're closed for training or some other reason not even listed! Even when they are open anymore it's only the drive thru and the banking she needs to do has to be done in the lobby she's been trying to go to the bank for weeks now this is absolutely ridiculous! I told her to switch to my bank and be done with this shit. I use PNC on High Street and there's never any of this BS and since it's PNC I don't get charged for ATM's cause most of them are PNC Bank! Trust Bank at least this location she won't go the way to Pottstown is the worst and she will be switching banks she is just waiting for us to move. Do not waste your time using this location. I couldn't tell you maybe this is all Truist locations for all I know so I would definitely check that before switching banks for sure !!!

This particular branch has really gone down hill. You can’t even go inside to bank in person… this place will be boarded up before you know it

Use any other branch. There’s always some kind of issue here. Today they close at 12:30 on a Friday apparently.

Tried to make a very large deposit Friday at 3PM and the bank was closed. No one inside, no drive through. Hours on door state open until 6PM. Drove to Collegeville to make my deposit but very inconvenient. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. Guessing they are having staffing problems again!
