- MKMaxim KaminskyOct 23, 20201.0Needed to deposit a check today, went to a drive-through lane, there was just one car in front of me but in parallel lane so I was able to sent my check to the teller while she was helping that other guy and she told me it will be a minute - so I said great. Turned out that guy was probably solving his life's greatest issue via drive-through cause it took 15 min of my lunch break until she was able to help me, by that time it was probably 4 other cars waiting. I think even at these COVID times the bank should draw a line what kind of services can be done via drive-through and what needs to be addressed inside. Terrible experience.
