The money shows it was deducted from my account and the staff inside was unprofessional and dismissive saying I had to call a 1800 number and they couldn’t help me. Why isn’t the staff able to give me anymore information? Now I have to submit a dispute and wait 10 days I was told.

They change their rules for your depositing your business checks weekly, with staff changing monthly. No one there is helpful and sorry to say I have a lot of money in that bank but won't for long. Referred to me as "you guys", and when I repeated asked to be called by name, he got frustrated and insinuated that a man owned my business, not I.....talk about discrimination......one would wonder why there would not be more training at least on how to address people and the Dodd Frank Act. It would not be so discriminatory if you would follow the law when the law went into affect, not try and instute same six years later.....Be careful!
