- KTKatrina TomeSep 19, 20251.0The assistant manager at this branch is rude and very disrespectful! My daughter went in to open a savings account last friday. She was told by a worker that they only open accounts on weekdays. Mind you, it was a friday. Last I checked friday is a week day. So she went back this Friday at 10am. She was told rudely by the staff that she needed a appointment. So I called in and spoke to a lady on the phone. I said I wanted to set up a checking account and she told me they perfer appointments but could help me if I came in. I immediately told the lady I was calling regarding my daughter and I told her the situation. She put me on the phone with the assistant manager who was rude and spoke over me the entire time. She said that they perfer appointments due to short staffing. I said "well perffering and requiring are 2 different things." She continued to argue with me. Needless to say I called another branch and they confirmed no appointment would be necessary and they were able to help my daughter immediately. Seems like this branch is filled with a bunch of workers who don't like to do their job!
- RHRichard HAug 18, 20255.0Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.

The next day. But the Manager at redlion cape horn Rd. Is very Ignorant. An she will not give the money Back in your account. ??????????????
