- JHJacquelynn HellerJun 10, 20231.0Overdraft fees are ridiculous, takes forever for monthly payments to show on the account. Stuff never clears when it should so even my insurance on my vehicle has gotten cancelled, takes a minimum of 3 to 10 days for any transaction to show up. I overdraft my account and have been trying to correct the issue but I send money and they hit me with another overdraft fee. Go with a credit union!!!!! Oh and my account has overdraft protection. Glad to see that worked.

Every other local branch from sellersville to Exton has had no problem doing said task. This bank needs to close.
- RMRobin MohnSep 6, 20171.0DO NOT DO YOUR BANKING HERE! They put a 10 day hold on a large financial institute check that was cleared to them in one day. It was my elderly fathers account. When I called to ask them to release the hold, they still gave me a hard time. This caused his real estate tax bill to get returned and added more fees, which they REFUSED to waive. I will be pulling all of our money out of here very soon!
