- ITIvette Torres3 days ago5.0I have been with Wells Fargo since 1994 maybe earlier. Been with them threw 4 name changes. First Union, First National then Wachovia and now Wells Fargo. Never had any issues. If someone ever made a charge on my account it was resolved within 24 hrs. They have amazing customer service on the phone, & all the branches I've been too amazing tellers & bankers. So many good services. Don't regret ever signing up with them. So don't let ppl tell u different.

I called 3 times. 5 minutes of me just listening to the phone ring each time. Fifteen minutes. You would think someone would have just picked up and said something along the lines of sorry we are a bit busy can you please hold. Such an inconvenience that now I have to get in my car and drive 30 mins to this branch just to ask a freaking question!
