Numerous times this month I have tried to call branch to deal with important matters & NEVER does anyone ever answer the phone EVER. Sadly even when the main Wells Fargo tries to call them internally also I sit on hold for 15 mins waiting & nothing. I am truly thankful this is NOT a bank I personally do any business with. It should be closed down if the reviews speak volumes

Recently, I got fed up and complained to Wells Fargo about them and got an empty apology and a totally vague response. Incompetent management and staff. ATM's are frequently offline there as well.
