What a way to inconvenience your customers by not even giving a reason as to why all branches are closes during normal operating hours.

I never had a bad experience with this branch. Was worried when BB&T was taken over by Truist but could not be happier with the services. All of the employees at this branch has always treated me with respect and kindness.

By far the worst bank in the Berks County. First I had to schedule an appt to open an acct and they were not very accommodating of the dates and times. Had an acct for a short period of time, went to close acct and the cashiers (2 of them) took so long to accommodate only 2 customers in the bank. Make sure you read the acct info carefully because they will keep any accrued interest between statements.

Kathleen was very rude when I entered the building. They greeted me as normal, but as soon as i got to the counter and said what I needed to do, the attitude and disrespect came out. I was not impressed. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back to that bank.
