I never had a bad experience with this branch. Was worried when BB&T was taken over by Truist but could not be happier with the services. All of the employees at this branch has always treated me with respect and kindness.

I find their locations convenient and whenever I call, I get prompt friendly service. Some fees can be annoying (like $7 to send me a mailed receipt of a wire even though they gave me a receipt when I went into the bank to do it) but I can usually get the fee waived the first time it happened and then change things on the account so it doesn't happen again. All banks out there have their annoying fees.. it's just the work around you have to find.

Several visits to this branch in the past few weeks. All have been positive experiences where I felt valued as a customer.

When BB&T acquired National Penn Bank we were worried that they'd start charging fees for our non-profit checking account. We didn't need to worry; Like Nat Penn, BB&T also serves the communities that they operate in. The tellers are great and recognized me the second time I entered the lobby.
