  The worst service I’ve ever had. My dad had the banker that when you walk in, she is the first one on the right. My dad doesn’t speak English well, so she proceeded to give him attitude and speak poorly about him literally to the other banker! She was upset because he needed help again for money being taken out of his account without him knowing… It’s your literal job to help? And then today apparently he went to the bank, he asked them (I’m not sure which one he spoke to) if he could get help with mobile banking and set up his zelle for the bank. they told him “to go home and ask your daughter.” he’s literally 65 and he doesn’t know how to use technology. all of his daughters are working/not living with him. could that banker be any ruder and literally anymore useless? the worst part is i could tell they were bilingual so they most likely had parents/grandparents that weren’t as fluent in english and they couldn’t understand my dad’s struggle. literally pathetic. would give this bank 0 stars if i could.

  I hate this bank never had a problem with any other bank and now this one is just ridiculous!

  This is a terrible bank. I just went there to make a deposit and stood on line for about 15 mins before someone was finally available and I was only the 2nd person on the line. The teller on the far left is the only one who I'd say has good customer service. The woman in the middle stayed on the phone giggling and never said the usual, "I'll be right with you." When a teller did become available he just stared into space until the lady infront of me motioned that I should go. I told him I was making a deposit and I had to figure out for myself when he was done because he just awkwardly handed me my card and receipt. Again, no "Is that all for today?" or "Thankyou for banking with us, have a nice day!". Also they have tin trays out and don't even bother to put candy in it. I watched a mother go from tray to tray because her daughter wanted a Lolly pop and they were all empty. I almost said something to the blonde lady who was seemingly the manager but she looked as depressed as the workers so I just left. I used to go to Metro Bank and Bank of America that were in the same area. They should have at least kept the good tellers from those banks. The place is now drab and depressing. I hope I never have to deposit a check again. At least with cash, I can just use the ATM and not have to deal with soul sucking employees.
