I am here to get my credit card but no one help. Totally worthless no idea what is going at this bank today. Then she came here while I was almost leaving and she was way to unhelpful. I hope they will improve the service
- MMMichaelMar 8, 20183.0The manager and staff at TD Bank 200 N Radnor Chester Rd are fantastic. The manager miraculously remembered my name from the day we first met for a transaction. Unfortunately, the company has become less convenient in the last 6 years to the point of me preparing to close my account and take my money and open a new account with a credit union. They charge $3 for every withdrawal from all Wawa ATM machines, which used to be free. They are free for everyone except TD Bank customers. In addition, the new 'upgrade' to the online banking has prevented me from accessing my account! "America's most convenient bank"-NOT!! Closing my account soon to go anywhere else
