Called branch to talk to the manager and person who answered told me she could help me. Told her I would be coming in for a card. Went to bank and they closed at 2 o'clock that day
She never even mentioned that. Made a trip for nothing. I am usually very happy with this branch but was treated very snippy.

It was ok, only drawback was having to wait over 30 min. to see a banker to open accounts. But on a plus, got to take a much needed power nap!

The tellers were closing and locking their doors before closing time at 5:00pm. I waited 25 mins to be helped because both tellers counted their money & closed their drawers out again BEFORE 5:00pm. They proceeded to tell me how I would be waiting a very long time as the guy in front of me had a lot of deposits. I had no problem waiting and told them that and they continued to complain about the time I WOULD BE WAITING. They are very RUDE and unprofessional. Don’t come to this location. They will huff and puff about DOING THEIR JOBS until you leave.

I was refused service at this branch by a manager that made me feel like she was too good to help me. I waited twenty minutes while she just sat in her office. She came out after the twenty minutes with an attitude and told me that I am not the only customer. I was trying to explain what assistance I needed, I have been dealing with fraud on my account and it has been very frustrating. She told me that I was responsible for the fraud. When I didn't agree with that she told me that to leave the bank. So I had to go to another branch location. While I was explaining to them what happened. This manager at the Quakertown location called the Coopersburg location and made the banker talk to her before helping me. This manager could go out of there way to make sure that I wasn't getting help. I have never been treated like this before. Please bank somewhere else, where they value there customers.
