- RSROSE SAug 31, 20221.0I’ve been with KeyBank since before they were first Niagara. This specific quakertown keybank is rude & always arguing with me about what I want to do with my money. Never say hello. Will be closing out my bank with them because they also have the most RIDICULOUS Fees.
- RNRobert NDec 6, 20211.0I wish I never refinanced 2 properties here. There is a significant issue with correct principal amounts month to month not being applied. The bank management has been advised in great deal and I am told that the mortgage department is checking. A non answer is still no answer. In 6 months Key Bank owes me over $500 in incorrect principal posting. I cannot imagine I am the only account that has the issue. I am taking my complaints to BBB and the banking commissions. This is not something I am going to address every month for years to come. It is either a system glitche or intentional posting errors. The branch management assures me they will help but 6 months later I am back to where I was with my first statement error. There are many banks go elsewhere
