- PMPam MoyerNov 4, 20251.0I went there to get change as in ones, fives and tens. Teller asked me what it was for. I told her it was for my company. She stated she couldn’t give me change since my company did not have an account with them. I asked why that matters since I’ve been an account holder with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and I was using my account to get the change. She stated that since she knew it was for my company she would not do it. I left and went to a different branch and was able to get change no problem. The tellers name was Marcella and she was extremely rude to me. She did not care how long I have been a customer. She stated the change they had was for their business customers. I’m glad to know that since I had a personal account, that I did not matter. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere after today. It was very bad customer service!

This is not a single one off time but a pattern of too few bank tellers. Please get more people behind the window to shorten the wait.
- BSBrooke SuppleeJun 8, 20181.0Wellsfargo just lost me as a customer due to this location I had an appointment scheduled for 5 p.m. I sat there until 5:45 and someone else who was unprepared with my appointment details try to handle my situation and was very rude and could not help me at all because she didn't even know what was going on I wasted an hour of my day here the only nice thing I can say is that the branch manager was friendly and professional other than that I wouldn't recommend banking with people that are confused and unaware of anything that's going on within their own job description
