- PMPam MoyerNov 4, 20251.0I went there to get change as in ones, fives and tens. Teller asked me what it was for. I told her it was for my company. She stated she couldn’t give me change since my company did not have an account with them. I asked why that matters since I’ve been an account holder with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and I was using my account to get the change. She stated that since she knew it was for my company she would not do it. I left and went to a different branch and was able to get change no problem. The tellers name was Marcella and she was extremely rude to me. She did not care how long I have been a customer. She stated the change they had was for their business customers. I’m glad to know that since I had a personal account, that I did not matter. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere after today. It was very bad customer service!

- MAMadison AJun 1, 20181.0Horrible, very busy and only 2 tellers working, waited over 45 minutes in line. Branch manager Edwin is useless, he just stands around and talking to people. If your that short on tellers the branch manger should be helping as a teller.
