At first I tought they were the best bank I've ever used but these past few months I'm seriously annoyed with them. The gentleman John who works there is truly amazing he's friendly personable and so very helpful, at tines the tellers or at least one of them (Anne i believe her name is) can be kind but the rest of them especially their bank manager Christy are just so rude, her attitude is always at an all time high. I refuse to use that branch at this point. The employees at the high st branch are so friendly compared to the ones at shoemaker and I've only ever used their drive through. I've never been anything but kind to Christy but anytime I've dealt with her I've walked out wanting to cry due to her rudeness and the fact that she's just so unpleasant, it's as if she thinks she better than. Thanks but no thanks
