- JJJesseMay 7, 20251.0Their card reader was not working so they required me to state my SSN out loud for everyone to hear and then the teller used my name out loud as well. Seems very unprofessional and frankly fina chalky dangerous. If their card readers aren’t working they need a better way of identifying customers rather than having them blast out their SSN.
- ASAmy ShenkMay 2, 20251.0This bank has the worst customer service, the managers don’t know how to do their job, we have to go back multiple times to get something done correctly. They say they are going to do something but it either doesn’t get done or gets done wrong. This is the worst bank for business accounts, it seems they just don’t know how to do their job. At least the tellers are friendly. We’ve had terrible experiences with the Pottstown High Street as well as Glocker Way branches. If I was as incompetent at my job, I’d be fired.
