- KFKen FrantzOct 24, 20221.0Zero stars, I tried to transfer some money from my Key account to Robinhood ( a reputable stock broker) .Key didn't recognize the broker and flagged my account, Robinhood froze my account b.c of the transaction denial..that was 8 months ago and I'm still jumping through hoops to get access to my money. This is the least painful issue with Key. I closed my account b.c they overcharged me 600$ in late fees b.c of their mistake now I have letters from collections arriving weekly. Horrible bank.
