- BBBetter BusinessOct 27, 20251.0Kay Daniels could not be a worse of a commercial loan officer to work with. It has taken 8 months for her to tell me that they dont allow refinances on properties. How can a bank operate when their staff doesn't even know what they do or dont do. Northwest does not work with businesses. Terrible experience. Read some reviews at other locations. Northwest bank is a terrible bank for customer service.
