    Do Not invest your hard earned $ with TIAA I tried to Roll over my 403b to IRA and they misspelled my last name on the check. Three times. Yes you read it correctly. I have 3 physical copies of the check with the wrong last name that is useless because I cannot electronically deposit it into my Rollover IRA account in the online bank. DO NOT CALL 800 number. They will not correct your problem. They are trained to lie to you. I am at the point of driving to the bank in Albany that issued 3 useless checks. Every single customer service rep reassured me that the check with correctly spelled name is on its way. Every single customer service rep lied. I know customer service has to be the worst job in the world but you work hard for your $ and they hold your $ hostage. My $ has been in limbo working for TIAA not for me.

    I am not in accord with the low ratings posted here. I have started taking my pension and I was completely happy with the assistance of this office.

    We have received great service from the staff and are very pleased with the knowledge and approach. I don't understand the negativity in some of the reviews since our experience has been quite the opposite over a number of years.
