- PPPattieDec 13, 20253.0I've been with this branch for S&T for over 45 years I no longer live in the state but I still keep this account so when I'm in town I'm able to use it. However, recently I asked for my debit card limits to be raised they made me call the branch directly, she told me I didn't have enough money in my checking account to have my limits raised. She advised the manager would call me and decide if I could have a higher limit. I never received a call. Basically I take my money out and put it into my Wells Fargo account so I can access it. Extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Penn Hills branch!

This Penn Hills location particularly and I have been very pleased with the management and tellers at the bank and have been very helpful. I have run my entire Business(40+ years) and personal banking (50+ years) through this Bank. There have been comments made about check cashing that people were not account holders and the bank is very protective of monies that S & T Bank are in care of. If you're taking personal checks for your business from a client, please deposit them in your bank who knows you well and there will not be any problems.
