- KWKey WilliamsMar 29, 20241.0worst bank ever! I deposited my irs tax refund check here and they held my account frozen for 20 days, they had to investigate it due to them saying it was fraud. And started questioning everything. I never did fraud a day in my life, they sent my check back to the irs this bank doesn't help at all. I'm very upset they don't want to see a black person win. Worst experience ever.
