- MJMark JSep 5, 20241.0Stay away from these jokester. Was trying to get a refinance loan on a rental property and went through 3 months of them slow rolling, being shuffled between 3 loan officers, and continuing to ask for personal information only to get an impersonal letter from them (no phone call or personal email) saying an incident that happened over 10 years ago (not even a financially related incident) was keeping them from moving forward. This is despite excellent credit with a FICO of 798, and NEVER having a late payment on ANY bill in my lifetime. These con artists call themselves a bank yet show no interest in acting as a bank. I recommend to take your business elseware; they sure don't want it! I have to give a 1/5 stars but realistically I would give them a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. Don't go to them.

- GMGabby MusserFeb 12, 20241.0i went to cash my check today and was met with a middle aged man who has a puzzle piece haircut and a beard that is mostly gray. this man was nothing no but condescending and rude. he was refusing to cash my check and giving me attitude and would not accept my photo id to cash my check. if you think it is okay to run a business this way then you need to think again and i will start banking with another company. i am appalled with this disgusting behavior.
