- DEDunkel EsclaveSep 27, 20251.0DONT DO IT! IF YOU HAVE, SWITCH BANKS ASAP!! If HUD or an HOA was a bank, itd be Key Bank. The hours are insulting and outdated and there's basically no control over your account and money. Completely closed my stepdad's account and have no info except he'll receive a letter. He's an elderly man they've been abusing him. He provides and we take care of him. Now I can't make it to my first physical therapy session that took forever to come around. So yay more severe pain and poor health because of Key Bank🥰🥰

Was just there on 8/11/2017 I had to wait 15 min in the drive through while the teller waited on everyone inside BEFORE she waited on me, my deposit was already put through in the tube. I could see the line moving on in the inside and there were 5 people in line and everyone was gone before she came to wait on me, horrible customer service and the teller was very rude!
