    My debit card took a "hit" over the weekend. So I tried to call and get help over the phone yesterday but I couldn't understand the lady on the other end. So, this morning I stopped in the Plum Branch of Key Bank and Jared helped me out and I was outta there in less than 10 minutes. I have been a Key Back customer for several years and they have been wonderful and appears that they are even getting better. I strongly recommend Key Bank.

    Jared from the branch really helped me today BIG TIME. After Key Bank’s “BACK OFFICE” team made a huge bad judgment call.Yanking back out of my acct an already approved check. Though I was without money all weekend because of this and pissed with the incompetent judgment call from Key Bank’s back office. Jared made it right and was able to retrieve my funds through hard and fast work! Thanks Jared! You are the man! Advice to KeyBank Corporate Re train your whole BACK OFFICE STAFF. Or just fire the incompetent Neanderthals.
