I provide them with all the information to contact my partners. They didn't call them and now they close my account without any notification. Just take your business to another bank.

The manager will refuse to take supporting documents to prove the legitimacy of a check won’t call back office to explain you have supporting documentation give you a whole run around. Long story short My refund check is being help up due to the possibility of them thinking my check is fraud. Never bank with them this is my last go round with this bank. Highly not recommended Don’t deposit any tax refunds or government checks here they will accuse you of wrong doing instead of doing their job.

The branch manager Steve was already on his way to where we were, the sweet lady asked and he happily took us back to his office to help us. I have to say...was the most enjoyable bank visit I have ever had.
