I remain with Key as customers are always treated with kindness and courtesy. The Bank is unique in that customers are at the forefront and I appreciate the laid-back atmosphere evident across all locations.

She was astonishingly rude, upon asking for clarification on something I was confused about, they just repeated a pre-scripted response, 4 times. Ignoring my confusion and concerns. I'll be transferring my account to another bank, Today.
- ARAdriel RomoMay 11, 20181.0There's only one person to help you with issues that go beyond regular deposits and withdrawals. I waited an hour for this one person to help this other customer out. I don't know why it would take that long, but there didn't seem to be any urgency to get to me, so I left after an hour of waiting. I called later to get my card off of hold, and the one person there said he would relay that info to the teller, because only they can take it off. It's Friday and the hold was never taken off. Now I can't use my card or account until I can contact them again on Monday. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else, or use a banking app since they don't charge you any fees.
