I remain with Key as customers are always treated with kindness and courtesy. The Bank is unique in that customers are at the forefront and I appreciate the laid-back atmosphere evident across all locations.

She was astonishingly rude, upon asking for clarification on something I was confused about, they just repeated a pre-scripted response, 4 times. Ignoring my confusion and concerns. I'll be transferring my account to another bank, Today.
- BAbritanee adamsJan 25, 20201.0I’m not a big fan. I still need to write down everything and track every purchase due to their systems being slow. My account is never accurate over the weekend. I’ve had direct deposit hit and their not able to put the money into my account till noon because their system is down. I’ve been punished by them for overdraft. They in return held my paycheck for 5 days. Leaving me unable living to do anything such as put gas in my car. I wouldn’t recommend opening account with them.
