- AAAngelaJul 27, 20231.0Honestly if I could give this place a 0 I would. 3:23pm I went into the branch (previously set up by fraud dept.) To retrieve my payroll funds from my account which involved making a phone call and me signing an affidavit. The woman at the teller counter(name TBD) states that if I would have come in a few minutes sooner they would have helped me. She said she could not help me as a teller but the staff in the office section had to count the ATM and they didn't havr timem MIND YOU THIS WOMAN HAD NO COMPASSION FOR ME BEING STRANDED she nonchalantly said "yeah no. Sorry we cant help you today, but we can in the morning. 😒😐now mind you I have NO MONEY TO GET ANYWHERE the woman starts saying other locations that I can go to. I called the western ave branch in which I had to take (thankfully) free transportation to the north side location in which Cassandra and her team DID THAT SH!T MIND YOU A LESS THan 10 minute conversation and she was LITERALLY able to solve my issues. Thank you sooo much greatly from the bottom of my heart and you all are the best example of customer service as to the staff on wood street, let's just say I will be filing a formal complaint. Last time I checked you are to at LEAST Attemp or at least fake an attempt to help the customer. Keybank you need to do some reevaluating on the employees st that location or at least provide a customer service learning lesson upon hire. Honestly so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

The employee that answered the phone (in a rather impolite and nonprofessional tone) told me she was with a client and to call another branch! I then asked if anyone else was available, once again rudely, gave an unlikely excuse.
