- SBSa BtNov 26, 20251.0I have booked an appointment in this branch. Due to inclement weather, I reached there few minutes late off my appointment time. I was asked to take a seat. The person who was supposed to help me was on call. He ended his call and then made another call. I was already waiting for 12-15 minutes because of this. Finally I met the Manager who asked another associate to help me out. Does not Keybank understand the basic management or it does not care for its customers? It is possible that Keybank may be closing this branch soon. Luckily, the associate (Luke) who helped us was good, otherwise I would love to close my accounts in this branch. Whatever the case, please do NOT visit this branch (south hills branch) as there are many professional banks available in this area.

- BVBrian VinayAug 12, 20252.0This bank is awful. I opened a small business account and they put a ‘hold’ on my initial deposit for a week and half without telling me. Then I came in to see what happened and the bank manager was on vacation. But the regional manager was due in at 12:30p, so I decided to wait. She showed up at 1:13p and walked around exchanging pleasantries with the staff, even after learning I was there for a problem. Needless to say, I’ll be closing the account asap and moving to one of the 4 banks within a 100-yard radius.
