This afternoon I called, because I had a question about my account and Trevor picked up and while initially kind on the phone did nothing in his power to try and help me,rather than getting onto his computer and looking at my account Trevor just gave me a quick answer because he didn’t want to help,I ended up figuring it out on my own.

This bank is awful. I opened a small business account and they put a ‘hold’ on my initial deposit for a week and half without telling me. Then I came in to see what happened and the bank manager was on vacation. But the regional manager was due in at 12:30p, so I decided to wait. She showed up at 1:13p and walked around exchanging pleasantries with the staff, even after learning I was there for a problem. Needless to say, I’ll be closing the account asap and moving to one of the 4 banks within a 100-yard radius.

I have been to this branch on 9/14/24. Need to do a simple transfer of funds. The teller purposely asked unnecessary questions. She even asked whether we want to close the accounts (I have few things to set up in other bank account otherwise I would have closed the accounts). The teller did not know anything about banking. When asked about talking to Branch Manager, both of the tellers told they did not work on Saturday. Not sure that is true.
Please do not use this branch or Keybank at all. Their customer service is worst and would like to give 0 stars for the same.

It is now almost a month since I walked into Key Bank South Hills Village where I usually do my banking. I had made an appointment on line which was confirmed, however when I got there Elena was helping another customer and indicated that she had not seen my on line appointment. That should have been a sign to me to get up and go to another branch. Due to a change on my will I had to take my deceased husband off my checking account and put the account in trust. The first two weeks of delay were partially my fault as she had to send the paperwork (I provided them with all that my lawyer told me to give them) and after not hearing from Elena I stopped in only to find that they needed more information which I provided. I again stopped in to the bank and Elena told me that the paperwork was approved but she could not get the information to work on the system. That was two weeks ago. I have called her and she kept on promising to get back to me. Yesterday no one picked up the phone at the branch (as is usual) and I left a message for her to call me back. Of course she did not. Today I left another message with a live person. Let's see if she calls me back. I am not remortgaging a home - merely changing the name on my checking account. If I did not have all my income go directly into this account I would switch banks. This is unacceptable!!!!!
