Despite promises to resolve the issue in 10-15 days, it took an unacceptable 45 days to unfreeze my account. When I met with banker Chris, he even suggested I stop sending money to Coinbase, as if he had control over my funds! I didn't listen, and now I'm thrilled to have invested my assets in cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin! 🚀 Stay away from Key Bank if you love crypto; Chris and Michael provided horrible service! 🚫"
