  First time at this branch yesterday and they’ve caused me a HUGE inconvenience. FNB member over ten years. I was unable to find my debit card in my purse, I went into the branch to ask them to PAUSE my card (you can do this on the app, but of course the FNB app was not working) the teller said “do you want your card CANCELED?” I said “no, I want it PAUSED, I believe it is at home somewhere but I want it paused just to be safe.” She said okay. I go home hours later and find my card. Call FNB to un-pause it (tried the app and it didn’t work) only to find out the teller at this branch CANCELED my card. I would not recommend anyone visit this branch as the staff is not trained well. After speaking with another branch employee just now, I’m told it’s not even possible to pause at card at the branch. Only in app. The teller never mentioned that to me and had told me the card was PAUSED. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a new card AND change my info on all my recurring payments.

  Do you like a bank that really values customer service? A bank that when they make a mistake, they make it right? A bank that has bank management that knows what’s going on and can help you when you really need it? If so, then DO NOT bank here. This bank will fill out an automatic payment form with someone else’s banking information on it, tell you that you are good to go and your loan is all set, only to find out 2 months down the road that they did it all wrong. Then, after they spend months trying to figure out/recognize their mistake, it will have already been too late! They will have taken the months payments you missed due to their negligence from your 17 year old daughters bank account who is currently in boot camp for the US military! Read that again! We had never missed a payment before their mistake and they took money from an active military member because I didn’t pay immediately after they spent months trying to figure out their mistake. We simply asked that everything be squared away before we gave them anymore money and this is how they treated us! This bank is a joke and they are not trustworthy, do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere!

  Went there twice, had the same woman help me. She was too busy messing with fixing the phones for 15 minutes while I waited for her to finish the first time (more focused on that than the line of guests that were coming in), and then the second time I went she closed the wrong account I had...glad I'm switching banks anyways.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED... I would recommend ANY other bank👍

  Worst bank I've ever dealt with, there app is out dates. Cant ever get anything done. Will tell you they will take care of something and dont do it.
