- ELElaine LevensonAug 29, 20231.0I have been a customer of this bank for many years. Never had a problem when Toni North was assistant manager. Now every month I have a problem with this bank sending a monthly payment even though I have previously signed papers for release of this monthly check. This has caused me problems with the receiver. I have talked to the new assistant manager about the problem and she was not helpful and told me to call the receivers bank to see if they got the check and I said how would they have a check from me if you haven’t sent it yet. In addition a bank isn’t going to give me info on someone else’s account.I am now taking all my money out of this bank and closing my accounts. I definitely would never consider First National Bank again.
