Go find a bank that cares about their customers. I'm in another state closing on a house. The only available option is to wire the earnest money to the title company since all other options require me to physically home. After sitting in queue after queue, waiting literal hours, I finally got the assistant manager. She told me to go to he11 and that she would not lift a finger to help me. Thanks for NOTHING FNB! I'm taking my money elsewhere. Obviously you don't need me or my money!

My escrow account is completely screwed up right now because no one at this branch, or where they process mortgage payments, knows how to process an escrow only payment. The teller at this branch processed it as a regular payment even though I specifically told him we had changed insurance carriers and I needed to add money to the escrow account AND escrow payment was written on my check. The processing location in Hermitage processed the next attempt as a regular payment as well, despite including instructions to apply to escrow and escrow payment written on the checks, so we went to see a loan officer at the Ross location to have the payment changed to an escrow payment. Now one of the checks we sent has been applied to escrow and the other hasn’t. There’s nothing on the statement showing me how they reconciled the change from regular payment to escrow payment, and the escrow is overdrawn because our new insurance billed it. I don’t trust the balance is correct because of all this either. How do you keep a job at a bank when something as simple as an escrow payment is, apparently, impossible to understand and apply? Now I have to go back to the loan officer, by 4pm because somehow this bank is only open for 7 hours when most people are working, to attempt to straighten this out again. Ridiculous.

If you are the only person there you will still have to wait. If your debit card isn't signed you will not be able to use it. Even if you have a valid government-issued ID. If the check your trying to pay your truck payment with has any mistakes on it at all you will not be allowed to correct them and they will not take it. Even if it causes your payment to be late this particular Branch does not give a s***
