If I could give them no stars, I would've. This bank is the closest bank to my house. So it would be really great if the employees weren't completely incompetent and actually straight ignorant. You see me and my dad have the same name, my dad has dementia. Some days are better than others but he gets a SSI check at the beginning of each month. He seems to remember getting the money but for about a week after he runs out of money he goes there to ask if he has any money. So I can understand them getting a lil frustrated, but this older woman teller told me, "I hate you We**z's". Everything out of her mouth was rude and extremely disrespectful. Not to mention that when I have to go there they always change my account in some way, and mess everything up, the last time I couldn't get my money out of my account for two weeks. Me and my girlfriend are on the account together, I signed one of my paychecks and asked my girl to take it down to this bank and deposit it. She gets down there and the older lady tells my girl (who is on the account) "I can't do anything with that check". My girl was like why not and she says because "it's not in your name". My girl says "ya it's in my boyfriends name and he signed it, and I'm on the account". The older lady actually says "well how do I know that"? My girl calls me and says what should I do, I told her take the check to another bank. Like seriously all she had to do was look at her computer screen and read who is on the account. She went to another bank and had no problems and was treated with respect. Although she is the worst person I've ever encountered in any establishment let alone a bank. The other employees who work here, are almost as ignorant and incompetent as the older lady.
