- JJJen JNov 16, 20225.0Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here and I go in frequently due to it being close to where I work. The ladies that work in the offices as well as the tellers are awesome.
- AWAndy WolfingerJul 19, 20211.0This bank has the worst help desk ever. Every time I call they say due to unusually high calls the wait time is over 10 minutes and sometimes as long as an hour. Now think about that statement, if every time I call or you call they usually have unusually high call volume, I think the unusually high volume is usual. Also they sent a check to pay a bill from an account that does not exist and has no money in it, so of course the check could not be cashed and I get a bad credit report. This was not their fault because the people they hired screwed up. They are very good at blaming others for their problems. I will be moving my account which is also a pain in the neck. However the branch managers I deal with are excellent but the help desk does not help. Avoid this bank at all costs.
