Making an appointment online was EASY, and I found several same-day openings. The front desk staff and the banker were attentive and courteous from the moment I arrived, which I really appreciated. Jyoti was very helpful and kind.

The first time, I was the only person there, and they still had 30 minutes before closing time. Why do they say they close at a certain time if they don't want to attend to the customers? I never have this problem at other Wells Fargo branches. After almost 15 years with this bank, it just makes me want to close my account. Really disappointed.

I was the only customer there with 4 visible employees and I was told they didn't have time for me. Must make an appointment. Because they were about to go to lunch. They opened at 9am and it was 11am at the time. Lunch? What? And I had to give them a star rating just to get to the comment comment section. I am disabled and it's all I could do to get to the bank that had no time for a 20+ year customer. Good by wells fargo
