Every time I go into this branch, I feel like I'm home. I have been banking here since 2003 and they know the names of everyone in my family. When we fell upon hard times, Kathy Dietrich worked very hard to help us get out of debt. She is one of the best bankers I have ever seen in my 42 years. I would recommend anyone who is having difficulty during covid-19 or who is looking for a good bank to try out this branch.

BB&T is fantastic. After they purchased by old bank, I was concerned about a drop in the level of support - the opposite happened. I bank there personally and with my businesses. These folks are top notch. Sabrina is who I mostly work with at the branch level and she's great. I work with two commercial bankers out of their King of Prussia location - both incredible. I've also used them for a home mortgage and can't say enough about how helpful the rep was. They are a large bank with a small, neighborhood feel. Keep up the great work.
