  We have always had great service here! Jan and John are so patient and kind to us. We have have entrusted them with our portfolio for many years, and I feel safe knowing they have our best interest at heart. Thank you for always looking out for us!

  I live in another state and chose John as my financial advisor on the recommendation of a dear friend almost 10 years ago. My contact with this office has been primarily by phone, and both John and Jan have been extremely helpful whether I have a stock question, need help with tax forms or need cash put into my account. They are unfailingly cheerful, pleasant and always willing to take as much time as needed to help. I've recommended this office to many of my friends, and hope to continue my association with them for many more years.

  John is my financial advisor and he is my go-to for anything related to my finances. The staff there are so friendly. Both, Jan and John. Jan always answers the phone in an inviting tone and makes me feel like I am a valued client. John is very knowledgeable and has been in the industry awhile. He always knows the best route I should take financially and he educates me when I don't understand something. He is very patient and cares about the growth of my finances. Anyone that expresses a need for a financial advisor, I always recommend John!

  I would like to share my experience today with Edward Jones. I had called some time last week to inquire about some general questions I had concerning some shares of stocks I recently discovered I had from Disney. The woman I spoke to had helped me with what I needed to know and we set up a time and day to further discuss my options. A family emergency unfortunately prevented me from making the meeting and by the time I had gotten a chance to call and reschedule they were closed for the day. About two days ago I called Edward Jones back to set up another time to meet with an agent. This meeting time and date was for today, but very general, nothing set in stone. I believe the woman's name was Jane or Jan, and I believe that is who I spoke with every time. We'll when I arrived, I wasn't greeted by a friendly warm smile, but an icy glare from jane. She informed me that I was "late" for our informal meeting. When I tried to explain and offer an apology , Jane told me that she no longer wished to help me out and suggested I take my business elsewhere. I was absolutely appalled, as I had my five year old daughter with me and SHE WAS Looking Forward TO LEARNING How stocks worked. I feel this woman was very very unprofessional and I will not be recommending Edward Jones to anyone, as I find there complete lack of professionalism to be quite the turn off.
