  Kind working staff but weird security guard. I have been here twice already, greeted the security guard, and he just stood there motionless while staring back. Like bro, if someone says hello to you, say hello back. I did witness him say hello back to some elderly woman who walked in to say hello to him. This guard clearly demonstrates that he shows manners among certain "types" of individuals and possibly ignores the rest. In any case, the security guard should learn to greet everyone who walks in with a smile because his attitude is the first impression of the overall entire banking experience since he often stands by the front door of the bank, just saying. Anywho, 4 stars out of 5 stars since my overall experience wasn't annihiliated here.

  I had one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had at this Wells Fargo location. I came in with my father to deposit a check into my new account. The process should have been simple… Wells Fargo’s phone support verified the check multiple times and gave us a reference number, confirming that all the branch needed to do was call in. Instead, the banker here told us it couldn’t be verified, and treated us as if we were lying when we mentioned what phone support was telling us. After more than two hours, we left with nothing accomplished. I really wanted them to take responsibility for the conflicting info we were getting and figure it out instead of acting like we were the issue. When I expressed my confusion, the banker working with us here rolled her eyes at us and dismissed everything we explained. Her unprofessional attitude, combined with a complete lack of understanding of their own verification process, wasted hours of our time and left us with no resolution. If you need to handle anything beyond the most basic transaction, I strongly suggest avoiding this branch. Im strongly considering closing my account all together and going to a new bank that shows customers respect. I will say the banker named Evans was very kind and tried to help us even when she dismissed us. He seemed to be equally frustrated in how she treated customers. I’ve never experienced a worse professional and strongly question her line of work.

  The drive thru Wells Fargo ATM at 7782 Crittenden St is not open for weeks now. There is no indication before driving up that the ATM is out of order. However, if you drive across township lines in any direction this is NEVER a problem. There are many well maintained, Wells Fargo banks in suburban areas with ATM that ALWAYS function. I would appreciate the same quality of service at every branch.
